Wait time policy:
We have 15 minutes of grace period and we start charging $60 an hour after the grace period.
For arrivals at the airport : For domestic flights after 40 minutes we will start charging 60 an hour – For international flights after 75 mins we will start charging 60 an hour
Cancellation policy:
Cancellations are accepted by email (timelimocars@gmail.com) and phone (1-888-430-4343) or (1-201-734-3434) only.
50% of the invoice value will be charged for cancellations made less than12 hours before scheduled pick up.
If a customer cancels within two (2) hours of contract start time a cancellation fee of 100 percent of the estimated trip total will be charged.
Cancellations made in excess of 12 hours will not incur any charge. No shows will be charged the full reservation fare.
